Abstract
This article presents a review of the split Hopkinson pressure bar uses on evaluation of polymer composites ballistic material s dynamic mechanical properties A small introduction concerning the equipment is given followed by a summarization of the most recent published studies relating to dynamic compressive tests used to study dynamic properties of ballistic polymeric composites such as Young s modulus
